The Client declares that the funds used for trading are from legitimate sources and that no illegal activities are involved in their transactions with the Company.
4. Risk Acknowledgment
The Client acknowledges and fully understands the risks associated with trading forex, derivatives, and other financial instruments. The Client confirms that they have read and understood our Risk Disclosure Policy and accepts that trading carries a high level of risk, which may result in substantial losses.
5. No Financial Advice
The Client acknowledges that Flamycom LLC does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. Any information, market analysis, or research provided by the Company is purely for educational or informational purposes and should not be considered as advice for any financial decisions. The Client declares that all trading decisions are made independently and based on their own judgment.
6. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC)
The Client declares that they are not involved in any criminal or illicit activities, including but not limited to money laundering or terrorist financing. The Client agrees to provide all required KYC documentation for identity verification as part of the Company’s compliance with AML regulations. Flamycom LLC reserves the right to monitor transactions and report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
The Client acknowledges that all content on the Flamycom LLC website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of the Company. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or misuse any content without prior written consent from Flamycom LLC.
8. Tax Compliance
The Client is solely responsible for any tax liabilities arising from their trading activities with Flamycom LLC. The Client declares that they will comply with the tax laws in their respective jurisdiction and report any income, gains, or losses as required.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Client acknowledges that Flamycom LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from:

Delays, errors, or interruptions in the execution of orders.
Market fluctuations or trading losses.
Third-party service disruptions.
The Company’s liability is limited to the amount of funds deposited by the Client, subject to applicable law.
10. Force Majeure
Flamycom LLC declares that it will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, cyber-attacks, system failures, or regulatory changes. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to suspend or limit trading activities.
11. Amendments to Legal Declarations

Clients will be notified of any changes via our website, and such changes will take effect immediately upon publication.
